Prayer made in the present petition is for directing the respondents to release the salary of the petitioner for the remaining period of 144 days alongwith interest.

Learned State counsel, while referring to the written statement, submits that honorarium for 36 days has already been paid to the petitioner, when he had actually attended the Court and in addition to this, he has already paid for 54 days as admitted by him vide Annexure P-5. 3.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of, reserving the petitioner with a liberty to get it revived, in case need arises.
