ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.0046 dated 26.03.2019, registered under Sections 323, 452, 506 and 34 of the IPC at Police Station Sadar Bahadurgarh, District Jhajjar. The operative part of the order dated 18.04.2019, vide which interim anticipatory bail has been granted to the petitioner, is reproduced as under:- "....Learned counsel for the petitioner, inter alia, contends that in the incident, a cross-version was also registered, in which, the persons from the petitioner's side have also suffered injuries.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only Section 452 IPC is non-bailable and in fact it was a dispute between the male members of the two families and the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Notice of motion for 30.04.2019...."

CRM-M No.17647 of 2019 to the order dated 18.04.2019, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has joined the investigation. Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Rajinder Singh, has not disputed the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioner is no more required for further investigation. In view of the above, this petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 18.04.2019 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
