**** NIDHI GUPTA, J. (Oral) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is for quashing of Complaint No. DV ACT No. 101/15 dated 08.07.2015 qua the present petitioners, instituted under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 before the learned Illaqa Magistrate, Ambala as they have never resided together with the complainant in a shared household.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of as the main case has been withdrawn.

Ordered accordingly.
