(ORAL) Prayer in this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 58 dated 14.06.2023 registered under Section 363, 366-A, 120-B IPC (Section 376 IPC was deleted and Section 376-D IPC and Section 6 POCSO Act were added later on) at Police Station Bahav Wala, District Fazilka (Annexure P-1). Custody certificate dated 23.05.2024 filed in Court today is taken on record, as per which, the petitioner has undergone the custody period of 11 months and 08 days as an undertrial. After arguing for sometime, when this Court is not inclined to accord the benefit of regular bail to the petitioner; learned counsel submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. Permitted to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
