Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.0103 dated 26.11.2020 registered under Sections 452, 447, 427, 148 and 149 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Behram, District SBS Nagar.

At the outset, counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the Sessions Court at the first instance.
