ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The situation was not different on the last date of hearing. Prayer in this petition is for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 to 6 to hand over the investigation of FIR No.443 dated 29.07.2018 registered under Sections 302, 148, 149 IPC at Police Station Safidon, District Jind to some other independent agency. Reply by way of affidavit of the Superintendent of Police, Jind - respondent No.3 and the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Safidon, on behalf of respondents No.1 to 5 is already on record. Counsel for the State, on instructions from SI Gulab Singh, submits that after presentation of the challan, the trial Court has recorded the statement of 08 prosecution witnesses, including the petitioner - Kanwar Bhan, who appeared as PW-1 and he did not support the prosecution version and he was declared hostile by the trial Court on 31.01.2019.

In view of the above, no further action is called for. The petition is dismissed, accordingly.
