The instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 24, dated 26.01.2022, under Sections 406 and 420 of the IPC and Sections 10/24 of the Immigration Act (Sections 467, 468, 471 of IPC added later on), registered at Police Station Ismailabad, District Kurukshetra (Annexure P-1). 2.

This Court vide order dated 29.03.2023, while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation.

Learned State counsel does not controvert the said fact and further submits that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required. 5.
