Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Balbir Singh, Police Station, Sarhali, District Tarn Taran, submits that in compliance of the order dated 17.11.15 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation and no more required for further custodial interrogation in the present case. In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 17.11.2015 issued by this Court are made absolute.
The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions laid down under Section 438(2), Cr.P.C.
