*** SUDHIR MITTAL, J. (Oral) The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in FIR No.161, dated 26.12.2019 registered at Police Station, Nangal, District Rupnagar, under Sections 21(1) and 4(1) of Mining & Mineral (Development & Regulation) Act, 1957.

2. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Gurnaib Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and has been cooperating therewith.

3. Accordingly, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 13.07.2020, is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions enshrined under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, by him.
