Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order, dated 20.10.2015, the petitioner did appear before learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhiwani, and was admitted to ad-interim bail vide order, dated 28.10.2015. Learned counsel for the State after going through the above order, dated 28.10.2015, has fairly conceded that the petitioner did appear before the Court below and was admitted to ad-interim bail.
In view of the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, interim directions, issued vide order, dated 20.10.2015, passed by this Court are made absolute.
The petitioner shall continue to appear before the learned trial Court on each and every date of hearing unless ordered otherwise.
