ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Pursuant to order dated 11.01.2021 passed by this court, learned counsel for Haryana Public Service Commission has brought the result of the petitioner in a sealed cover which has been opened in the Court. The result reveals that the petitioner has secured 68.58 marks as against minimum requisite qualifying 72.63 marks and even if she is assumed to be belonging to BC(B) Reserved Category, she would still not be eligible to be considered for the post of Assistant District Attorney.

That being so, present writ petition is rendered infructuous. Disposed of as such, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge her result, if so advised. As regards question of law raised by the petitioner in these proceedings, the same is kept open to be decided in some appropriate proceedings.
