(ORAL) A complaint was filed against the present appellant under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B IPC, before the Court of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate by his relative Rama Singla - respondent. A written compromise was arrived at between the parties whereby the appellant agreed to pay a total sum of Rs.15 lacs to Rama Singla. Due to non-compliance of the terms of the agreed compromise, the appellant has been convicted and sentenced to undergo simple imprisonment for one month vide order dated 8.4.2019, passed by RAJ KUMAR ARORA 2019.04.23 12:28 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
