**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 0077 dated 16.6.2018 registered at Police Station City Raikot under Sections 376, 506, 328, 120-B IPC and Section 3, 4 of POCSO Act. Counsel for the petitioner contends that petitioner is in custody since 16.6.2018 and challan has been presented and the main accused is her husband and the allegations against her that she aided the husband. The counsel further submits that the prosecutrix had refused to make her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C.

State counsel submits that the police official had not brought the FSL report today.

The allegations of rape are against the husband of the petitioner. She is accused of aiding the husband. The investigation is over and challan has been presented.
