At the outset, the learned counsel for petitioner places on record an order, as, made on 31.05.2019, by the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned, upon, complaint titled "Gurpreet Singh Vs. Sanjay Kumar, wherethrough the learned Magistrate concerned, has, after dismissing the apposite complaint, ordered for the acquittal of the accused. 2.

Consequently, the learned counsel for petitioner submits, that the present petition, asking for relief of quashing of the complaint, and, also for the quashing of summoning order of 03.06.2014 (Annexure P-9), becomes rendered infructuous.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed, as having been rendered infructuous.
