***** VINOD S. BHARDWAJ, J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed for seeking quashing of the impugned Complaint bearing NACT No.473 of 2020 dated 07.01.2020 titled "Trimaandeep Singh V. C&C Towers Ltd. and Ors." filed under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 (as amended) read with Section 403 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860; setting aside the impugned summoning order dated 07.01.2020 and quashing of non-bailable warrants dated 20.01.2023 and 28.02.2023 issued/passed against the petitioners by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chandigarh as well as staying the operation of the aforesaid orders as well as proceedings in the Complaint bearing NACT No.473 of 2020.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition after incorporating the new grounds that have emerged in the interregnum. 3.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
