NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J.(ORAL) Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from SI Satish Kumar of Police Station, Jhansa, District Kurukshetra, submits that in compliance of the interim directions issued vide order dated 12.12.2014, the petitioner has joined the investigation and she is no more required for further investigation.

Learned counsel for the newly added respondent Nos.2 and 3 submits that during the course of trial, better sense has prevailed and the complainant -prosecutrix as well as her MEENU 2015.01.17 12:28 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh

CRM-M-36361-2014 (O&M) -2father have sorted out their dispute with the petitioner and effected a compromise and, as such, they have no objection if the petitioner is granted the concession of anticipatory bail. In view of the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is allowed. Interim directions issued vide order, dated 12.12.2014, are made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
