Petitioner during trial remained absent and hence was declared a Proclaimed Offender in March 2013. Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to join trial.

At the very outset,learned counsel prays for permission to withdraw the present petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
