**** JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) The present revision petition has been filed by the complainant seeking enhancement of fine.

None has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Ms. Garima Dikshit Advocate, Enrolment No.PH/6302/2021, who is present in Court is hereby appointed as Amicus Curiae to assist the Court on behalf of the petitioner in this case. The Registry is directed to pay her fee as per rules in this regard.

It would be relevant to mention here that against the same judgment the accused had preferred an appeal bearing No.CRA-S-2514-SB2007 which came to be decided on 06.02.2025 with following observations:- "With the above modifications, the appeal is partly allowed and the impugned judgment of conviction is upheld, whereas the order of sentence is modified to the extent that the sentence imposed on the present appellant No.2 is reduced to KUSUM 2025.07.18 18:36 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document PHHC Chandigarh

CRR-511-2008 the period already undergone by him. However, the sentence of amount shall remain the same."

In view of the fact that the main appeal filed by the accused already stands decided, the present revision petition seeking enhancement of fine stands dismissed.
