JUSTICE AMIT RAWAL -.- AMIT RAWAL J.(ORAL) The petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for issuance of direction to official respondents No.2 and 3 to protect their life and liberty from the hands of private respondents No.4 to 10.

Petitioners are stated to be major and have solemnized marriage on 17.04.2019 against the wishes of their parents. Factum of marriage has been pleaded with reference to marriage certificate (Annexure P-4) and photographs (Annexure P-3). Petitioners have an apprehension at the hands of private respondents No.4 to 10 and in this regard, they have submitted a representation dated 17.04.2019 (Annexure P-5) to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Fazilka but no action has been taken so far.

The present petition is disposed of with a direction to Senior Superintendent of Police, Fazilka-respondent No.2 to look into the representation of the petitioners and decide the same and if PANKAJ KUMAR 2019.04.18 18:56 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
