(ORAL) On December 24, 2014, when this petition was taken up for regular hearing, no one put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner, therefore, in the interest of justice, case was adjourned for today i.e. 29.1.2015. Even today no one is present. It appears that with the passage of time, the relief claimed has become infructuous, therefore, nobody is taking interest in this case.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed for non prosecution with liberty to the petitioner to revive the same in case cause of action still survives.
