The petitioner has filed this second petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.328 dated 9.8.2017 registered for the offences under Sections 148, 149, 166-A, 408, 409 and 420 IPC at Police Station Chandhut, District Palwal. Notice of motion has been issued in this case. Mr. Sharad Kumar Yadav, learned Deputy Advocate General, Haryana has appeared on behalf of the respondent-State and contested this petition.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned State counsel and have gone through the record. From the record, I find that the earlier bail petition filed by the HARPAL SINGH PARMAR 2018.10.17 16:53 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

Cr. Misc. No.M-3728 of 2018 [2] petitioner has already been dismissed as withdrawn by this Court by stating that the petitioner is also required for custodial interrogation. The petitioner has filed this second bail petition. The allegation against the present petitioner is that he was a Salesman of PACS Gurwari and he embezzled a large amount of the Society and transferred the amount in his own account and his wife's (namely, Smt. Babli) account.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the preent case, I find that the petitioner is required for custodial interrogation, therefore, I do not find it a fit case where the petitioner is entitled for the grant of anticipatory bail.

Therefore, finding no merit in this petition, the same is dismissed.
