**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 69/2015 dated 13.4.2015, registered under Sections 376-D, 506, 382 IPC and Section 3 and 4 of SC and ST Act and Section 67 of Information Act, Police Station Sadar, Jagraon. Counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 29.8.2018 the petitioner has appeared before the summoning Court and he was admitted to interim bail.

This fact is not disputed by the State counsel. Looking to the circumstances, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and order dated 29.8.2018 is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 Sub Section 2 Clauses (i)(ii) and (iii) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
