Petitioner Jaswant Singh has filed a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order (Annexure P-1) issued on 3.7.2020 vide which, the petitioner has been transferred from Samrala (Ludhiana) to Baghapurana( Moga), without any complaint, public interest or administrative reason and by ignoring the facts that the treatment of the petitioner, his wife and his old aged mother is going on in P.G.I., Chandigarh.
