Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the possession has already been taken by the decree-holder, however, possession taken is in excess of the decree and the petitioner has already filed an application (Annexure P-8), which has been appended with application being CM-7169CII-2025. At this stage, he seeks permission to withdraw the present revision petition with liberty to the petitioner to pursue the application in accordance with law. Permitted to do so.
