(ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of respondents No.4 to 8. Petitioner-Simranjit Kaur has been produced in Court by lady constable Paramjit Kaur from Children's Home for Girls, Jalandhar. Petitioner submits that she is safe in Children's Home and be kept there till she becomes major.

In view of above, lady constable Paramjit Kaur is directed to take back the petitioner in Children's Home for Girls, Jalandhar and shall be kept there till she attains the age of majority.
