(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 and 2 to ensure that petitioners are not unnecessarily harassed and humiliated at the hands of respondents No.3 and 4 by repeatedly calling at the police station at odd hours.

In view of reply of the State, learned counsel for the petitioners prays that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
