NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C., is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 82 dated 07.07.2022 registered under Sections 363 and 306-A IPC at Police Station Sadar Kotkapura, District Faridkot.
On instructions from Head Constable Tejinder Singh, learned counsel for the State submits that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous, as the petitioner has already been acquitted by the trial Court vide judgment dated 02.06.2023.
In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of, as having been rendered infructuous.
