The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.48 dated 4.6.2015 registered for the offences under Sections 302 read with Section 34 IPC at Police Station Boha, District Mansa.
Notice of motion has been issued in this case. Mr. Deep Singh, learned Assistant Advocate General, Punjab has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent-State and contested this petition.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Advocate General, Punjab appearing for the respondent-State and have gone through the record.

Cr. Misc. No.M-3638 of 2017 [2] Learned State counsel has informed that the trial is already complete and the case is fixed for defence arguments. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the trial is already complete and is ready for final disposal of the case, therefore, I do not find it a fit case where the present petitioner is entitled to the benefit of regular bail.
Therefore, finding no merit in this petition, the same is dismissed.
However, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the trial expeditiously.
