**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Through this petition, the petitioner seeks issuance of directions to respondent No.2 to conduct a free and fair investigation in FIR No.54 dated 29.06.2016, at Police Station Mehna, District Moga, registered under Sections 302, 201 and 34 IPC. At the outset, learned State counsel, on the instructions from ASI Sukhpal Singh, submits that in the present case, a cancellation report had been prepared on 25.09.2021 and undertook that the same will be presented before the Court concerned,within a month from today. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court, at this stage.

Disposed of.

The cancellation report be filed within a month from today, if so advised.
