The prayer made in the present petition is for directing the respondents to continue the service of the petitioner for 2 years w.e.f. 22.06.2023 i.e. upto 22.06.2025 and in the meantime, the respondents may be restrained from terminating his services.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition to pursue his departmental remedies.
