Petitioner, by way of instant petition under Section 437 (5) Cr.P.C., seeks cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondent No.2 by this Court vide order dated 22.11.2011, in FIR No. 294 dated 22.10.2010 under Sections 406/48-A/34 IPC, registered at Police Station Payal, District Ludhiana.

In view of the order dated 31.7.2015 passed in CRM-M36189 of 2010 (Gurdial Singh Vs. State of Punjab and another), whereby this very FIR has been quashed, instant petition has been rendered infructuous and the same is disposed of, as such.
