The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of directions to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of respondent No.4. 2.
Learned counsel submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.3 to decide his representation dated 20.03.2026 (Annexure P2).
