NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition, filed under Section 438, Cr.P.C., is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, Satnam @ Sattu, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 21 and 27-A of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, in a case arising out of FIR No.282, dated 04.07.2015, registered at Police Station, Safidon, District Jind.

CRM-M-36367-2015 (O&M) -2Learned counsel for the State on instructions from SI Pawan Kumar, Police Station, Safidon, District Jind, submits that in compliance of the order dated 21.10.2015, the petitioner has joined the investigation and no more required for any other purpose.

In view of the above, order dated 21.10.2015, whereby ad-interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner, is made absolute. He shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions laid down under Section 438(2), Cr.P.C.
