Seeking quashing of the order dated 10.08.2021, passed by the Illaqa Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Ludhiana, petitioner has come up before this Court by filing the present petition under Section 482 CrPC.

On the last date of hearing none appeared on behalf of the petitioner and following order was passed:- "Called again.

Earlier today, when the case was called out for first time counsel representing the petitioner was present. However, the matter was passed over.

On second call, the counsel for the petitioner is absent. In the interest of justice, list on 26.11.2024." 3.

Today the case called twice but petitioner is unrepresented in second call also. 4.

Given above, petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
