Mr. Amit Dhawan, Advocate, for the petitioner Mr. Dhruv Dayal, Sr. DAG, Punjab for the State Fateh Deep Singh, J. (Oral) Learned State Counsel, on instructions from ASI Satnam Singh, PS Shahkot, Jalandhar submits that the petitioner has since joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigation and nothing is to be recovered from her and that he has no objection if the interim order is made absolute. In the light of the statement made by learned State counsel, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 29.8.2018 is made absolute till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (challan). The petitioner shall, however, join the investigation as and when called for and shall also abide by the conditions specified under section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. Thereafter, petitioner will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
