NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J.(ORAL) No one has appeared for the petitioner. The case has been called twice since morning. It is 2.25 p.m. Further wait is not justified.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Hardeep Singh, Police Station, Division No.1, Pathankot, submits that petitioner shall not be summoned by the police of District Pathankot, without taking recourse to Section 160, Cr.P.C.
