Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail in FIR No.30, dated 09.02.2015, under Sections 392 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Sections 395, 397 and 120-B IPC was added later on and Section 392 IPC was deleted), registered at Police Station Shimlapuri, District Ludhiana. Heard.

Admittedly, co-accused of the petitioner who were similarly situated have been granted bail by this Court. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed. Petitioner be admitted to bail subject to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ludhiana.
