RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 and 2 to conduct further investigation in FIR No.234, dated 09.10.2011, under Sections 307, 120-B, 458 IPC and Section 27 of the Indian Arms Act, 1950, registered at Police Station Nakodar, District Jalandhar.
Case is pending consideration since 16.05.2022 and repeated adjournments are being taken. The same is the position as on date as Mr.M.S.Rana, Advocate, puts in appearance on behalf of the petitioner and has made a request for another adjournment.
Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Som Nath has submitted that petitioner before this Court is one of the accused and he has been declared P.O. on 07.05.2013.
In view of the fact that case is being adjourned since MEENU 2023.01.19 15:27 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
