(Oral) Learned State Counsel, on instructions from ASI Gurmit Singh, submits that the petitioner has since joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigation and nothing is to be recovered from her and that he has no objection if the interim order is made absolute, though on behalf of complainant Mr. JP Ratra, Advocate has sought to oppose the bail on the grounds of malice on the part of the Investigating Officer during the course of investigation but the same is subject matter to be adjudicated at the time of trial.

In the light of the stand of the learned State counsel that no custodial interrogation is required, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 20.10.2016 is made absolute till submission of report under Dalbir Singh Tiwana 2016.12.20 09:41 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh.
