Counsel for the peƟƟoner submits that now majority of his grievances stand addressed in the status report. However, now his concerned is that the trial should not be delayed.

For the trial to expedite, the first step is that if the officer-in-charge of the police staƟon decides to launch prosecuƟon by filing a report under SecƟon 173 (2) Cr.P.C. In case, that is done, this Court requests the trial Court to expedite the maƩer. 4.

Given above, the present peƟƟon stands disposed of. All pending miscellaneous applicaƟons, if any, stand disposed of. The peƟƟoner to bring this order to noƟce of the concerned Court.
