(ORAL) Petitioner is seeking issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to investigate the matter and to take appropriate legal action against private respondent No.4 keeping in view the facts mentioned in representations dated 29.02.2024 and 14.03.2024 (Annexures P-1 and P-2) and legal notice dated 18.03.2024 (Annexure P-3).

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer for issuance of directions to respondent No.2Senior Superintendent of Police, Jalandhar Rural, to look into the representation dated 14.03.2023 (Annexure P-2) and legal notice dated 18.03.2024 (Annexure P-3) of the petitioner and take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

In view of the restricted prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant petition is disposed of with directions to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Jalandhar Rural, to look into the representation dated 14.03.2023 (Annexure P-2) and legal notice dated 18.03.2024 (Annexure P-3) of the petitioner and take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
