(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.73 dated 29.04.2017 registered under Sections 420 IPC at Police Station City Kotakpura, District Faridkot.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the quashing of FIR in question by order of even date passed by this Court in CRM-M-19780 of 2017, this petition has rendered infructuous, therefore he may be allowed to withdraw the same.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
