(Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.100 dated 16.03.2018, under Sections 307, 458, 354, 354-A of Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station City Barnala, District Barnala. By an order dated 12.09.2018, the petitioner herein had been allowed interim bail for a period of two months on account of medical treatment which he had to undergo.

Learned counsel for the respondent-State, on instructions from ASI Surinder Pal, submits that the petitioner herein had put in an appearance before the Rejendra Medical College and Hospital, Patiala on SATYAWAN 2018.11.26 13:12 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-37368-2018 -216.11.2018 and thereafter was referred to Emergency Surgery Ward where he did not appear. The Investigating Officer contacted the Doctor on duty and found out that the petitioner herein had not put in an appearance there. In view of the above, the interim bail that has been allowed to the petitioner herein stands revoked and he is directed to surrender before the trial Court within 07 days.

Petition stands disposed of.
