(ORAL) Through this second petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., the petitioner has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 69 dated 14.06.2018 registered under Section 61(1) of the Punjab Excise Act, 1914, at Police Station City Budhlada, District Mansa. The earlier petition bearing CRM-M-26977-2018, for grant of anticipatory bail filed by the petitioner was dismissed as withdrawn by this Court vide order dated 02.07.2018.

No new ground has been shown to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. Therefore, filing of this similar second petition amounts to gross abuse of the process of law.

Dismissed.
