The present appeal has been filed for setting aside the impugned judgment dated 27.02.2026 passed by the learned Single Judge in CWP No.6195 of 2026 as well as for setting aside the Fard Badar No.2 dated 26.05.2025 (Annexure P-4) and Mutation No.939 dated 16.06.2026 (Annexure P-5) and for grant of stay of dispossession from property in question. 2.
Learned Senior counsel for the appellants submits that writ petition filed by the petitioner has been disposed of with a direction to avail the remedy of appeal against the order of 'Fard Badar' however, the appellants have already filed representations with the Financial Commissioner (Revenue) Panchkula, Haryana, Deputy Commissioner, Rewari and Sub-Divisional Officer/SDM, Bawal, copies of which were appended along with the appeal as Annexure P-6 to P-8 and the appellants would be satisfied in case a time-bound direction be given to the respondents to decide the same.

Ms. Anu Pal, Addl. A.G. Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondents-State and submits that in case, the representation (Annexure P-7) has been received in the office of the concerned authorities and the same is still pending consideration with the authorities concerned, the same will be decided by the competent authority within a period of eight weeks from the date of the receipt of certified copy of this order by passing an appropriate speaking order. Learned counsel further submits that in case, it is found feasible to accept the claim of the appellants, the same will be accepted, otherwise due reasons will be mentioned for not accepting the claim of the appellants in the speaking order to be passed and the said order will be duly conveyed to the appellants. 5.
Learned Senior counsel for the appellants submits that keeping in view the statement of learned counsel for the respondents-State, the present appeal may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further. 6.
