Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail in FIR No.47, dated 12.07.2015, under Section 20 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act 1985 ('the Act' for short), registered at Police Station Moti Nagar, District Ludhiana.

As per the prosecution case, petitioners were found in possession of 10 kg. ganja. Petitioners are in custody since 12.07.2015. Challan has already been presented in the Court. Conclusion of trial may take time.
