(Oral) Challenge in the present petition is to the impugned judgment dated 28.03.2024 passed by the Special Judge-cumAdditional Sessions Judge, Rohtak, whereby appeal filed by the petitioner under Section 29 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 against the impugned order dated 21.07.2023 passed by the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Rohtak under Section 19 read with Section 23 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, has been dismissed. Proxy counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that she may be permitted to withdraw the present petition in view of the judgment dated 24.04.2023 passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CRM-M-19553-2023, titled as 'Jaspal Kaur alias Pinki and others vs. State of Punjab and another', wherein it has been held that the revision petitions emanating from the proceedings under the VIJAY ASIJA 2024.04.23 16.08 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
