**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of direction to respondent Nos. 2 & 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners and further to ensure that they may not be harassed by respondent No 4 & 5.

Petitioner No. 1 filed complaint against private respondents i.e respondent Nos. 4 and 5 who cheated him. Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 along with 4-5 persons came to the house of the petitioners and took away passport of petitioner No. 1. They torn some cheques of his sister-in-law Money Kour. They gave threats to petitioner No. 1 and his father. Under the threat, they executed one agreement, in which they shows petitioner No. 1 and his wife as agent and agreed to return the amount of Rs. 15,50,000/- to the persons named in the agreement and forcibly got the signatures of petitioner No. 1 and his father.

Crl. Writ Petition No. 4780 of 2020 accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State. Learned counsel for the petitioners shall hand over copy of the petition to learned State counsel during the course of the day. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is being disposed of by giving direction to respondent No. 2 to look into the complaints (P-2 and P-3) and take appropriate action on the complaint in accordance with law.
