**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of direction to respondent Nos. 2 & 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners and further to ensure that they may not be harassed by respondent No 4 & 5.
Petitioner No. 1 filed complaint against private respondents i.e respondent Nos. 4 and 5 who cheated him. Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 along with 4-5 persons came to the house of the petitioners and took away passport of petitioner No. 1. They torn some cheques of his sister-in-law Money Kour. They gave threats to petitioner No. 1 and his father. Under the threat, they executed one agreement, in which they shows petitioner No. 1 and his wife as agent and agreed to return the amount of Rs. 15,50,000/- to the persons named in the agreement and forcibly got the signatures of petitioner No. 1 and his father.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is being disposed of by giving direction to respondent No. 2 to look into the complaints (P-2 and P-3) and take appropriate action on the complaint in accordance with law.
