Learned counsel submits that the petitioner being at merit No.13 as per the revised merit list dated 05.03.2025, Annexure P-12, has not been issued appointment letter to the post of PCS (EB) to be filled through Registrar A-II, whereas candidates lower in merit than him at merit Nos.14 to 18 have been appointed, regarding which, representations dated 01.01.2025 and 10.03.2025, Annexures P-8 and P-9 respectively, have been submitted, however, the same have yet not evoked any response. He thus, on instructions prays that a direction may be given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner, to which learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made. 2.
In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the representations dated 01.01.2025 and 10.03.2025 within a period of 3 months, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner. Upon doing so, after MOHIT 2025.04.04 10:11 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
