(ORAL) Learned counsel has filed vakalatnama on his own on behalf of the complaint, though he has not been impleaded as party to the petition. Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner Amandeep Kaur @ Aman @ Amarjit Kaur in case FIR No.169 dated 03.08.2018 registered under Sections 306 and 34 IPC at Police Station City South, Moga, District Moga.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Sukhdev Singh, submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further investigation.

In view of above, order dated 29.08.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
